THIS DOCUMENT IS PUBLISHED IN COMPLIANCE OF AND SHALL BE GOVERNED BY INDIAN LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO (I) THE INDIAN CONTRACT ACT, 1872; (II) THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000, THE RULES, REGULATIONS, GUIDELINES AND CLARIFICATIONS FRAMED THEREUNDER INCLUDING THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (REASONABLE SECURITY PRACTICES AND PROCEDURES AND SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION) RULES, 2011, AND THE PROVISIONS OF RULE 3 (1) OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (INTERMEDIARIES GUIDELINES) RULES, 2011.
THIS DOCUMENT IS AN ELECTRONIC RECORD IN THE FORM OF AN ELECTRONIC CONTRACT FORMED UNDER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000 AND RULES MADE THEREUNDER. THIS DOCUMENT DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY PHYSICAL, ELECTRONIC OR DIGITAL SIGNATURE.
GREENTECH FASHION PRIVATE LIMITED (“Greentech Fashion”) is the sole and absolute owner of the trademark and brand name “Greentech Fashion” and domain www.greentechfashion.in, including any future web or mobile applications (the “Site”). Greentech Fashion respects your privacy, which is maintained as per our Privacy Policy. As a visitor or user of the Site and its services, you are advised to read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before accessing the Site. References to the Site include all current and future versions. By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site. References to Greentech Fashion include its affiliates, group companies, agents, officers, and employees.
You represent and warrant that you are at least thirteen (13) years old or visiting the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
1. Ordering Process and Acceptance
The Site displays a variety of products (including shoes, sneakers, casual and formal footwear) available for sale in India. All purchases are subject to Greentech Fashion’s acceptance, which is at our sole discretion. We may refuse or cancel any order at any time without liability. Orders shipped via freight forwarding or similar services may be declined. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed back to the original payment method.
If a product is out of stock, you may contact Greentech Fashion to be notified when it becomes available.
2. Pricing
Prices listed on the Site include applicable taxes. The final invoice may include additional delivery or handling charges. Greentech Fashion strives for accurate pricing, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing mistakes.
3. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade names on the Site, including “Greentech,” are the property of Greentech Fashion and may not be used without prior written consent. All other intellectual property, including patents, content, and code, are owned by Greentech Fashion and/or its licensors.
4. Product Maintenance
To maintain your footwear, we recommend:
- Wipe excess dirt with a cloth dipped in water or mild detergent.
- Use a small soapy water mixture for cleaning affected areas.
- Remove insoles and laces; clean separately.
- For best results, hand-wash insoles.
- Air dry shoes; do not use a dryer.
5. Prohibited Use
The Site’s content is copyrighted and for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of content is prohibited.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Site, services, and products are provided “as is.” Greentech Fashion makes no warranties regarding product fit, availability, or service continuity. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Site or products, except as required by law.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greentech Fashion and its officers, directors, employees, and agents against any losses, damages, or legal claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
8. Suspension of Site Access
Greentech Fashion may temporarily suspend Site access to resolve technical issues, improve functionality, or comply with legal requirements. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Greentech Fashion is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or services. Please review third-party terms carefully before interacting with their services.
10. Returns, Exchange, Refund, and Cancellation
Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting support@greentechfashion.in Refunds will be processed after confirmation.
Exchange: Products may be exchanged in unworn condition for size, style, or color within 7 days of delivery. Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are borne by Greentech Fashion.
Return: Products may be returned in unworn condition with original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Returns after 7 days or for worn/damaged items will not be accepted.
Notes:
- Sale items are non-returnable except for size or defect issues.
- Products purchased via EMI are non-returnable but eligible for one exchange per order.
11. Feedback and Queries
All reviews, feedback, and comments posted on the Site may be used publicly by Greentech Fashion for any purpose, including product development and marketing. Content must not be abusive, fraudulent, or infringe on third-party rights.
12. Force Majeure
Greentech Fashion is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or supply shortages. Reasonable efforts will be made to resolve such events.
13. No Third-Party Rights
These Terms are binding only between you and Greentech Fashion and are not enforceable by third parties.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Telangana, Hyderabad.
15. Complaints and Resolution
For complaints or issues with products or services, contact info@greentechfashion.in. Returns and exchanges must follow the process in Section 10.
16. Policy for NDNC/DND
By registering with Greentech Fashion, you authorize us to contact you via email, SMS, or calls regarding products, promotions, and offers, even if you are registered under Do Not Disturb (DND) or National Customer Preference Registry (NCPR) services for 365 days from registration.
17. Miscellaneous
By using the Site, you agree to receive electronic communications from Greentech Fashion. Notices sent electronically satisfy legal requirements. Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute waiver. Greentech Fashion may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without notice.
