No, we do not use leather in our footwear. All our shoes are made using high-quality synthetic and non-leather materials, ensuring they are lightweight, breathable, and cruelty-free.

Don’t worry — while our shoes look sleek and lightweight, they’re built to last. Every pair goes through five rounds of quality testing to ensure durability, flexibility, and long life. The materials are carefully chosen to maintain strength without compromising on comfort or design.

At Greentech, we offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small convenience fee may apply, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

We’re quick on our feet — literally!

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed.

If you place your order before 2 PM, it will be shipped the very same day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Our delivery timeline usually ranges between 2–7 business days, depending on your location:

• Metro cities: 2–4 days
• Tier 2 & 3 cities: 4–7 days

You can also enter your pincode on any product page to check the exact delivery timeline for your area before placing an order.

Once your shoes are shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS and email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via support@greentechfashion.in with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

At Greentech, we offer a 7-day free trial period from the date of delivery. You can try your footwear at home to ensure the perfect fit and comfort. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your order within 7 days — hassle-free.

After the 7-day window, returns or exchanges will unfortunately not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• Returned in its original packaging
• Requested within 7 days of delivery

Please note:

• Products purchased during an exclusive sale or with a “No Return” coupon cannot be returned but can be exchanged.
• COD order refunds are credited to your Greentech Wallet.
• Prepaid order refunds are credited back to the original payment method or account used for purchase.
• Refunds do not include COD service charges (₹75–₹100).

We’ve made returns completely effortless!

Just log in to your Greentech account, go to “My Orders”, and click on Return or Exchange beside the product you wish to process.

There’s no need to enter your order ID or fill out any forms — our automated portal handles it all.

Once your return request is approved and the product is picked up, it usually takes 5–7 business days for the item to reach our facility.
After inspection, your refund is processed within 2–4 business days depending on your payment method.

Once your request is confirmed and the pickup is scheduled, your exchange product is dispatched as soon as the returned item is picked up.

The entire process typically takes 7–10 business days from the date you initiate the request.

Unfortunately, no. We only accept returns for products that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Once the footwear shows signs of wear, it becomes ineligible for return or exchange.

Our exchange process is super simple!

If you face a size issue or wish to switch to another product, just log in and raise an exchange request through the portal.

• If the new item is of the same value, you pay nothing extra.
• If it’s of higher value, simply pay the balance — and you’re good to go!
• If it’s of lower value, the difference is credited to your Greentech Wallet.

To keep your shoes looking and feeling their best:

• Always store them in a cool, dry place using the shoe bag provided.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture.
• Wipe off dirt with a soft, dry cloth after each use.
• Allow shoes to air out if they become damp or sweaty.

No, we do not recommend machine washing. The shoes are made with high-quality materials and multiple layers that may get damaged in a washing machine. Hand-cleaning with a soft damp cloth is the safest way to maintain them.

No, never put your shoes in a dryer. High heat can warp the sole, damage the upper material, and affect the shoe’s shape. Always let them air dry naturally, away from direct sunlight.

Yes! Our flip-flops and clogs come with 100% waterproof and anti-skid technology, making them safe and comfortable to wear on wet surfaces.

• Do not use harsh chemicals or bleach.
• Do not expose shoes to extreme heat (heaters, ovens, or dryers).
• Do not wear shoes on wet or muddy surfaces for prolonged periods.
