At Greentech, we believe shopping for footwear should be effortless — from the moment you buy to the moment you try. That’s why we offer a 7-Day Free Trial, a completely automated Return & Exchange Portal, and even the flexibility to swap your order for another product if you change your mind.
7-DAY FREE TRIAL
You can try your Greentech footwear for 7 days from the date of delivery.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your order within this period — absolutely free.
After 7 days, the item will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.
EXCLUSIVE SALE & “NORETURN” COUPON PURCHASES
- Products purchased during Exclusive Sales, EOSS Sales, or using a “NoReturn” coupon are not eligible for returns.
- However, these items can be exchanged once within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
- Please refer to individual product pages for return/exchange eligibility.
ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and proof of purchase.
- All returned products undergo a quality check by our team.
- If the product fails inspection, it will be sent back to you at your expense (upon request) and no refund, credit, or exchange will be processed.
AUTOMATED RETURN & EXCHANGE PORTAL
We’ve made returns and exchanges completely seamless and automated — no need to enter order details manually.
Simply:
- Log in to your Greentech account.
- Go to “My Orders.”
- Under your order, choose “Exchange” or “Return.”
- Follow the on-screen steps — our system will automatically schedule a pickup and keep you updated via email or SMS.
It’s fast, easy, and entirely paperless!
EXCHANGE OPTIONS
We understand you may want to try something different — so we’ve added an exciting new feature:
- You can now exchange your product for another product of your choice.
- If the new item is of equal value, no additional payment is required.
- If the new product’s price is higher, you can simply pay the balance amount at checkout — and you’re good to go!
- If the new item’s price is lower, the difference will be added to your Greentech Wallet as a credit, usable on future purchases.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
REFUND PROCESS
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product clears quality checks.
- COD and Partial COD Orders: Refunds are credited to your Greentech Wallet.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds can be issued to either your Greentech Wallet or directly to your bank account/original payment method, as per your preference.
- Wallet credits can be used for future purchases on our website.
WALLET POLICY
- Wallet balance is valid for 4 months from the date of issuance.
- They can be applied during checkout in the “Discount Code” field.
- Wallet Balance is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Expired credits cannot be reissued.
Currently, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you purchased your Greentech footwear from Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, Bewakoof, or any other marketplace, please contact their respective customer service teams for return or exchange assistance.
Greentech cannot process such requests directly.
DAMAGED, WRONG, OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please share us within 48 hours of delivery at return/exchange portal.
Important:
When unboxing your order, please record a short video showing the shipping label and product clearly. This serves as proof in case of a claim for missing or damaged items.
- COD orders: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Prepaid orders: Can be cancelled before dispatch in exchange for a credit note.
- Once a COD order is verified via call or WhatsApp, it cannot be cancelled.
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. In rare cases of manufacturing defects, we offer a repair service:
- Eligibility: Products showing manufacturing issues within 30 days of delivery may qualify for a free repair after inspection.
- Exclusions: Regular wear and tear, water damage, or accidental impact are not covered.
- Shipping Fee: ₹150 applies for pickup and delivery of repaired footwear.
- Coverage: Repairs are available only within India.
- Discounted and EOSS products are not eligible for repair.
- All Greentech footwear is made using premium, sustainable, non-leather materials.
- Store your footwear in a dry, cool place using the shoe bag provided.
- Always wear them on dry feet to maintain longevity.
- The lifespan of each pair depends on care and usage.
